Fiorire is a farmhouse surrounded by nature, created to welcome holistic groups and holiday guests.

Both the indoor and outdoor spaces offer privacy from outside eyes and sounds to those staying here.
About me
Adelaide and Fiorire
My name is Adelaide and I am the founder and caring guardian of this home. I am a psychologist with training in relational psychotherapy and Amaya’s mother.
During an inner journey of profound transformation, lasting several years, I understood that my desire was to have a space where I could welcome people and groups, offering them above all a safe place to let go of old structures and meet one another, to be accompanied with love and service.
Fiorire was born in 2019, not from a project but from a vision, a deep inner feeling, a bond with Spirit.

A home in the hills between Umbria and Tuscia
Among the hills of Umbria, less than an hour from Rome, the farmhouse opens its doors to holistic retreats, seminars and small private events to share with your group or the people you love.
Around it are paths immersed in greenery, medieval villages, wineries and thermal waters. Inside is a stone house rich in history, symbols and handcrafted details, where every room invites you to reconnect with your ancient memory.
The name Fiorire comes from a Portuguese mantra I carry in my heart, which says:
“Vai, Florescer!”
It is the wish I want to leave with every person who chooses to pass through this place.

Fiorire is a space created to accompany inner journeys, even profound ones, within an atmosphere that is light, joyful and full of warmth.
Over the years, the farmhouse has hosted retreats focused on inner growth and ecology, bringing together psychology, meditation, yoga, tantra, family constellations, permaculture, voice and sound.
A space that lets you breathe
The 50 m² room can host the group’s activities. The farmhouse offers overnight accommodation for residential groups; the layout of the spaces and the number of people are agreed according to the needs of your gathering.
For groups, plant-based cooking and hospitality are included in the format and are an integral part of the service.

For some years now, I have been welcoming groups and those who have chosen to spend time here at the farmhouse. Authentic hospitality reflects who I am.
Service, a love of caring, and the desire to make others feel welcome are qualities of Fiorire.

“Here, you feel cared for and nourished” is what I was told during a retreat, and it is exactly what I wish to convey when I cook for people.
In the kitchen, I channel the dish that is right for the group at that moment, which is why the menu is created during the retreat rather than beforehand.
Plant-based cooking that is full of life, yet simple, connected to the seasons. From the dedication of local farmers, directly from the earth to the plate.

The whole farmhouse or La Torretta
The whole farmhouse
An old farmhouse immersed in a wood of olive and oak trees, a short walk from the Sacred Grove of Bomarzo, with good connections to the motorway and the station, able to host up to fourteen people.
The warm and evocative rooms are enriched with masks, symbols and details that evoke the history and magic of the area. Four bedrooms, a sofa bed, three bathrooms, two kitchens and a large 50-square-metre living room with seven-metre-high ceilings. Four late-eighteenth-century fireplaces and two stoves make the spaces even more welcoming. In summer, the thick walls ensure a cool stay.
Outside, the garden holds an ancient water basin and an outdoor shower, in an atmosphere of quiet, privacy and connection with nature. An authentic place where history, nature and symbolism meet to create a special stay.

La Torretta
La Torretta at Fiorire is an authentic refuge immersed in the heart of the farmhouse. The house is designed to host up to five people.
The rooms were built with natural materials such as terracotta, wood and stone. I carefully chose the furnishings and accessories with the intention of keeping the farmhouse’s ancient memory alive.
I love caring for the spaces, renewing them and always giving objects a new life. I love natural fabrics and old-fashioned linen, both because they glide over the skin and because they feel fresh against it. Here you will find my grandmother’s ceramic cups, the plates we used as children, and the marble table where my grandmother used to feed me.
